Teams need to engage in regular dialogue on key issues such as leadership, communication, or error management. „Culture of Prevention“ addresses these topics in a turn-based multiplayer game. The players take on the role of a restaurant manager. They hire staff, stay aware of employee satisfaction, and make decisions every week. The game is aimed at teams of between 5 and 20 people and is played over a period of 10 weeks during the work day.
